Hello, I'm in the same boat. Just diagnosed T2 diabetic and know I need to reduce carbs and lose weight, but not been given the specifics of how many calories (I settled for BMR-250) and how many carbs. I am trying to see if my insurance will cover an appointment with a dietician or nutrionalist.

Iced tea is my favorite "water" drink. I make a pitcher of tea using 3 Luzianne family size teabags and 2 Luzianne "sweetened with Stevia" family size teabags. The tea is extra quenching in the summer Houston heat.
