I am new to this app. I joined to learn how to eat healthy and to start moving more. I found out in February of this year I have type 2 diabetes. All my doctor told me was how many calories to eat and that was it. So I am trying to learn and find others who can share with me. I hope to meet some awesome people here.

Hello, I'm in the same boat. Just diagnosed T2 diabetic and know I need to reduce carbs and lose weight, but not been given the specifics of how many calories (I settled for BMR-250) and how many carbs. I am trying to see if my insurance will cover an appointment with a dietician or nutrionalist.0
