I love this suggestion! I just started eating about 60% of my calories before about 5 ( I get later than most people) and stay away from carbs after that, and it seems to be helping me. We'll see. Thanks for your insight!

That is a great way to calibrate the burn and the calories. I just started doing both BL Cardio Max and Power Sculpt level 1. I have already "under" consumed when I did these. I will have to remember that trick! Thanks!
