RN for 1 year, LPN for 4 years prior to that. I have gained 20 lbs this last year. Not only would I like to lose weight & be healthy for me, but I also would love to set a good example to my kids, especially & patients by good food choices & regular exercise.

Great to see you on here. It's hard work but in the end, it's very rewarding. I joined a couple years ago and never did anything, but just now recently started back up again and I feel good with all the support I get to keep me going. Let's be here for each other!!! GO US!!! Lol

Awesome idea of leaving my wallet in the car. I have done that occassionally but I need to do that more. It totally works. I can't leave work to go out to my car even on my break so when I've locked it up in my trunk, I can't go out and get it. I have to eat what I bring. It really works.

Well this stinks. I'm gaining a couple of pounds and I'm hoping it's just bloating. Ya know what I mean? I've really started eating healthy today; went out and bought all healthy stuff, so hopefully it'll get me on the right track. Even though I won't make my goal at New Year's, I'm sure gonna keep on trying.
