I used to use the elevator at work quite frequently back when I was heavier and it always used to shudder and shake everytime I stepped on and off it. Used it out of the blue the other day and it did not even flinch when I stepped on it. Yay me!

Yes you can. I do all my T25 workouts in the morning before work but its easier for me since im self employed. In any case, it says that every Friday you should be doing 2 of the workouts but I do only 1 and the other on Saturday and count Sunday as a rest day even though I am doing the stretch workout. Currently on phase 2 of beachbody's T25 with Shaun T. Going awesomely so far! Its a lot of high intensity circuit training that leaves you breathless and soaked through by the end of it.

Use the online body fat calculator on fat2fitradio. Google em and you will find quite an accurate calculator that takes into account a lot of your measurements to come out with a good result.

I increased my calorie intake by 200 and increased intensity of my workout. Plateaus are a pain in the *kitten* indeed but everyone gets them but make sure it doesn't demotivate you.

I also have a hard time making time for the gym which is why i do the 30 day shred! its 30mins a day circuit training u can do at home with no equipment! That was incentive enough for me.

you have done well! just keep visualising what you want to achieve! you already have the means to lose weight but now you need to ask yourself why you are doing it! since u want to be a model, just imagine your life as a model and you have the motivation to get back on track!

you should try swimming! its really good as you are using like your whole body also its fun!! i mean who doesnt love swimming! plus is little to no impact on your knees. but u are already doing a great job by walking 4 miles regularly!
