Hello! Is anyone doing the Beachbody T25 workouts with ShaunT? I just started it and so far have lost weight the first week but then lost nothing the second week. My diet has been consistent so i dont know what maybe wrong. Any help?

Should I weigh uncooked rice or cooked rice?
Hi Is 100g of uncooked rice grains the same calories as when it is cooked? I am confused because water is the only thing added to cook it but since it weighs more after it is cooked, does it have the same amount of calories or more? Thanks

Should I count olive oil calories?
Hello I like to fry and roast things using olive oil and when I use a tablespoon of olive oil it will come to about 120 calories. But is that number accurate even after using the oil for frying or roasting? Thanks

Hi all! On a usual day this is what i would eat. Breakfast - Bowl of natural muesli or egg sandwich with weight watchers bread. Lunch - Piece of grilled white fish with sweetcorn or peas.
