Healthy Chicken Kiev Recipe?

I used to love chicken kiev but after realising how unhealthy it is with all the breadcrumbs and the frying and butter, i was wondering if anyone had any recipes to a healthier alternative?

    Chicken breast, slit a pocket in it and fill with low fat garlic soft cheese (I use Philadelphia or Tesco own but am in the UK so not sure what you have there), wrap in foil and bake.
