Am i eating right?

Hi all!

On a usual day this is what i would eat.

Breakfast - Bowl of natural muesli or egg sandwich with weight watchers bread.
Lunch - Piece of grilled white fish with sweetcorn or peas.
Dinner - Oven baked chicken fillet or chicken drumsticks without skin with assortment of veggies.

I eat that pretty regularly. It normally gets me to about 1200 cals and i fill in the rest to 1500 with some snacks like mixed nuts.

Is this a good diet for weight loss because i just made it up. I also to 20-30 mins circuit training 5 times a week on a sedentary lifestyle.

Without knowing all your stats and exactly what numbers you should be aiming for, it sounds pretty good. It looks like you're getting plenty of protein and vegetables, which is good.

It appears that you're not generally hitting your calorie goal though. Did you know that MFP gives you a particular calorie goal, based on your statistics and how much you want to lose, on the assumption that you will eat back calories burned through additional exercise? If you told MFP you are sedentary, it gave you a goal based on that activity level. Doing circuit training 5 times a week though, you're not sedentary. That should either be accounted for in your activity level when you set up MFP (eg. "lightly active"), or it should logged (as you are doing) with at least some of those calories eaten back.
