NEED TO GET PUMPED UP TO WORKOUT!!! IDEAS?

I kinda slacked off on my last workout and i want to get really pumped up! i've already thought about what my goals are but need that push!

When doing 30 day shred I play music instead of listening to jillian it helps me0

I like to look for pictures or motivational quotes online that give me that boost to get out there! Just read this article the other day actually that had some great tips on how to overcome lack of motivation http://www.nordictrackcoupon.com/articles/overcoming-lack-of-motivation-this-monday/
They mentioned you could tell yourself you're only going to do 10 minutes today, but often times when the ten minutes is up you'll have more energy and motivation to continue and if not you at least did 10 minutes opposed to nothing at all! I thought that was a great idea!
I also read a blog the other day from a girl saying when she has no motivation she tells herself she'll just run outside for ten minutes but when she finishes the ten minute and had to turn around it'll really be 20 minutes yet it goes by fast as she tells herself it's only ten minutes ha thought that one may work, but I haven't tried it personally yet as I usually do my runs inside on my treadmill haha
You can try a new workout challenge or sign up for a race. Usually having that goal and something to accomplish can help give you the boost to get out there!
