Hello everyone!!
My name is Ashley and I need to lose weight!!! Ive gain about 15 pounds since september!
Im 28 and my fiance and I plan on making babies by the end of the year, so id like to get healthier and get more muscles and energy! and I as well moved to Calgary a year and a half ago and i havent been back in almost a year and i want to go back in july on my vacation and be totally comfortable in my bathing suit!!
im going to be doing alot of research on weightloss eating healthy and exercise! please follow along, I as well have instagram Actuallygross and I have a blog on tumblr actuallygross.tumblr.com/ and good old twitter! lovebugoxo

Advice i have for you is try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! its awesome and guaranteed to shed fat and increase strength quickly for beginners!
You can find all 3 videos on youtube for free so no need to buy the DVD.
That's what i did to start off my weight loss journey and has worked incredibly. Any1 on MFP will agree that its a great start.0 -
