My youngest daughter is a Zumba instructor so she has tons of music.... One that always gets me going is Kesha... Die Young Type Zumba into youtube for lots of great workout songs!!!

I totally agree that misery loves company and so now since you are not one of them they are jealous and intimidated. People have small minds.... you have to learn that you come first and you that you can't help anyone else unless they want it... I would try to drink 1 eight ounce glass of cold water as soon as you wake up and that should help. I sometimes am hungry when I wake up as well but the water really helps and then I have my coffee after that. I think your body is probably just getting used to the new calorie intake. I don't see the point in trying to make up the next day. Each day should be a new day to start fresh and try to be true by tracking all you can. Try the Walk away the Pounds videos by Leslie Sansone. They are pretty inexpensive and you can find them at Target stores.
