You may want to seek out the opinion of a medical professional to rule out a hormonal imbalance and to see what's there. If there's breast mass, you may need a medical procedure to have it removed. I wish you well in your journey for a more healthy you.

For some reason the mirror lies when it comes to weight loss - most likely because the change is very gradual every time you look at yourself. For a more dramatic affect, compare an old photo of your self at a heavier weight to what you look like minus 30 lbs. I guarantee, you'll see a difference.

I think the real question is does MFP or WW work for you? After trying both, my preference is MFP, and so far lost 11 lbs (something about counting all calories versus translating food to points makes more sense to me). But hey, if WW or WW and MFP works for you, more power to you :)
