I’ve lost just over 70lbs. Almost to my first goal of losing 100lbs. I feel like I’m in the home stretch and more motivated than ever! I have a long road ahead of me for my ultimate goal, but knocking out this first goal will feel wonderful!

Hi everyone, what are some things you have done to start off your weight loss. I have a goal of 80 pounds but to reach the half way mark of 40 pounds would really make a difference. Thank you4

Hi pcosfitnesswarrior, for me consistently logging food intake, exercise and weight has made a big difference for me. Focusing on the big picture also helped with me, as you'll see success and sometime less that successful results, but the realization that my excessive poundage was not an overnight occurrence, and cannot be resolved overnight. It's the ultimate marathon for the warrior like you, not a sprint. I hope this helps!7 -
I have lost 167.2 lb. I am currently in maintenance. I now weigh 157 lb., and I am 662 days into my journey.
I feel like I used to carry another grown man on my shoulders 24/7, 7 days a week and now I have finally got him off my back.
You can do it. I call it stick-to-a-tivity. Stick to your goals and climb down off that mountain of fat one step at a time.12 -

I joined a challenge because I simply needed support and people I could get to know. Those who would understand my UGH Days, and at the same time CHEER me on the good ones. Thankfully I now have MANY more good ones.
