I can't feel anything if i'm on the crosstrainer or a stationary bike, but if i PW or run it starts to hurt on the left side of the leg. It's kinda hard to explain. Did day 1 week 2 of C25K yesterday. Wow! I can already feel a difference! Never thought i would run 1 minute, and when it said i need to run 1,5 minute i thought "NO WAY!".. but i did it - without any breaks! This week's gonna be great!
