I have adjustment dumbbells of each 1 kg, 2.5 kg, 4kg. and these can be mixed and matched too. So tota,l i have 15kg.

Exactly! Myvtummy was not as big as i see now. when my sides reduced, tummy has become larger compared to it! i felt only tummy has not shrunk.

Guess i have to eat cleaner which i dont seem to get it fone. low carb is so difficult for me to maintain. i should put into practise..

I eat a clorie of 1600-1750 a day. I dont eat back exercise cal. These comments really helped me a lot :)
