Just read "low bar" go high bar to help with the form then if you like low bar go back to it. Low bar will lean forward more.

Free advice, the way I am reading the OP, form is breaking down with reps. Treat each rep as a single, 1 rep breath reset another rep repeat. For me front Squats help to keep from going forward on back squats. If the OP's goal is to get stronger Squats are a great way to get there.

I am afraid the OP either is running for her life or got munched. So I will highjack this thread till she gets back. 30 min. of movement 3X a week is good but if we are going to survive we have to be fast and strong. This week go for any type of movement, walk, jog, swim, bike, ect.. do a 10 min warm-up then kick it up a…

Looking around the highland mountains of Utah I see alot of rocks and down trees that can be used to smash the Zoms. I must get stronger to throw futher with these primitive weapons. (Bench press, shoulders and triceps). Practiced throwing stones for 15 minutes to get use to the movement (10lb shot out) then did some caber…

Do you have room outside, if you do rocks and logs give a good workout.

I woke up this morning surrounded by a small herd of Zoms. Was very successful…

Do not eat the rotters. They are contaminated and will make you sick. lean meats are usually tougher,so wet marinating makes it better.

Your scale won't "add up" In fact it will get more off as you put on lean muscle. Muscle holds more water then fat. Since both muscle and fat have water in them. muscle% + fat% +water% will never equal 100%

Search the internet, lots of good advice and even more bad advice. Find an article or program you like and follow it till you stop improving or your goals change. To learn the tricks of lifting "heavy" find someone who does that type of lifting in your area and try to get to know them. I drive an hour to lift with a…

Stress! Find a way to workout even when you are un-motivated. Exercise will help with your stress level. Keep eating at a deficit and the weight will come off.

Not from Scotland, but I play the highland games. I really want to come visit before I hit 50 and try a couple of the manhood stones.

Not a bodybuilder but I play at strongman games. To old to be serious about it but I enjoy the challange. Trying to cut bodyfat right now so am doing more bodybuilding type of lifting. .

I have to agree with this. It is all about your goals. What is going to make you better at what you want. My idea of heavy lifting is different then others. To me heavy is something you can lift one time with whatever form you have to use to get it up. Not recomending this, just saying that is what I do. Intense cardio…
