I just started yesterday...so far so good, just curious if you know of any low or no-carb crackers (not cheese crisps) that are available. That's the hardest part for me is snack foods because I'm a total addict to crackers and such.

Just grilled salmon for the first time ever today and used the Food Network recipe for Salmon with Brown Sugar & Mustard glaze...super delicious. This cooks fast, doesn't have a lot of ingredients and tastes great. Its a Bobby Flay recipe. Definitely recommend it!

If you like fruit flavored drinks, Celestial Seasonings has blueberry tea bags that are really really good...my four year old thinks it is juice...if you want it sweet, throw in a teeny bit of good old sugar...totally recommend it...I only drink it cold with ice.

I would think if you spritz them with a teeny bit of oil they would be way healthier...I did just buy some Green Giant sweet potato chips with sea salt and they are in the neighborhood of 140 calories and 4 grams of fat and really good. Maybe give those a whirl too, there are different varieties like some sort of veggie…
