So, I had a thought about baking wonton wrappers and eating them as chips. I am wondering however if they are healthier or just as bad as regular chips. Does anyone know?

I would think if you spritz them with a teeny bit of oil they would be way healthier...I did just buy some Green Giant sweet potato chips with sea salt and they are in the neighborhood of 140 calories and 4 grams of fat and really good. Maybe give those a whirl too, there are different varieties like some sort of veggie cheese too. Good luck!

Well...my wonton wrapper package states that 7 g will be 20 calories. That is only one 3.5x3.5 wrapper
so 15 would be around 300 calories (or more if you bake them with some oil or parm cheese, etc.,).
You would most likely save on fat and sodium though.

    You should try kale chips....yum

I agree with the kale chips idea! they are yummy and low calories (as long as you aren't putting high cal things on them). Oh and they are SUPER easy to make!

Just google 'kale chips' and lots of recipes will come up.

I like making mine with a touch of olive oil, nutritional yeast and some cayenne pepper.
