  • Good Morning Everyone, Okay, workout 2 done and my legs are KILLING me. I am doing the modified moves and obviously can't keep up with her either, how sad. At any rate, i'm moving and pushing through. The word of the day is OUCH as it hurts to lift legs, get up, sit down, etc.
