I appreciate the bento box suggestions - they are really cool and I'm strongly considering supplementing my Tupperware stash with them but I suppose I should have specified by lunch box I mean a container for the boxes/bowls etc.

Not really. We have a fridge but it is pretty gross and my food would be eaten by others.

Before usually. (If you are using the nutrition on the pack then before). I think there are some exceptions like if you record grilled chicken that the data is for grilled not raw... does that make sense?

Those of you who have done this before (or coach), Double Fridays and skip Saturday, or 1 Friday then 1 Saturday? My wife and I are discussing that the routine of every morning 25 minutes is nice, but a day off sounds nice too... Thanks and looking forward to doing this with you all! Charlie

Wife and I just did Cardio! Pretty awesome. Heart rate avg was 143 over 28 minutes.

rolemodel69: Thanks for the response. I have some dumbbells, yoga mats, and a jump rope. I also have an $80 gift I could spend at Academy towards something like this, so open to dvd or other equipment suggestions.
