The same thing used to happen to me a few years back when I did SB the first time. I would cut all starchy carbs and fruit during the week and save the good stuff for Sat. And Sun. Finally here!! Starting weight today is 160, my goal is to be down 40lbs by June 1!!! My exercise goal is: Leslie Sansone 2mile DVD 3x week Leslie Sansone 4 mile DVD 2x week Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred 2x a week This is just a start for me, hopefully I can stick to this as planned HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
