If you see someone using their phone while sitting on a machine, bench or whatever you planned on using just walk over and ask if you can work in between sets, if yiu can't ask that question you don't belong in a gym. What you should be annoyed about is people who don't rerack the weights or wipe off the machine when…

Most of the guys at my gym use a notepad but lately i have seen a good bit of them convert to using their phones including personal trainers. I don't know about you…

I saw a huge increase in my fitness level in about a month of daily cardio doing no less than an hour per session.

Many people believe that working out in the morning means they can go ahead and eat what they want for the rest of the day. Everyone is different. You can't compare what someone else calorie burn rate is to yours, you're just setting yourself up. Focus on doing your best at every workout session. You will lose weight as long as you"re burning more than you take in per week. try walking on a treadmill at 15 incline at 3.0~3.5 mph for 60 minutes…

Start off with light cardio, i suggest a brisk walk followed by stretching, this will get you warmed up and get your blood pumping, it will also reduce the risk if injury, then hit the strength training. When you're done you can go back to the cardio and get a full cardio session in.
