Hey all,
So I purchased a HRM and entered all my stats etc.
Was just wondering do you update it, when u lose weight?
If so how often do you update it, every pound?

I would say update it once you've moved 5 pounds (up or down) on the scale. Updating for every pound just seems a bit excessive lol.0

Mine asks for updates weekly. It does every Monday. So I just usually update it then.0

I agree. I wait until I lose a solid 5lbs and even wait to maintain it a few days to a week. Have fun with it. I find it motivating.0 -
I do about every five pounds as well, unless I'm on it messing with the settings anyway.0

I have a polar ft7 and I now wear it everytime I work out, I love seeing the results!0

I change it every full 5 pounds that I drop and regardless of where my weight goes I keep it there.0
