There are jumping jacks and jump rope movements

I'm also on day 2 of level 1 and I think I may have to adjust as well-I had surgery on my knee and had a plate and screws put in several years ago and the jumping jacks feel truly awful. I think the workout will definitely give me positive results though because my activity level before this was pretty much zero.

Thank you for your advice :) I honestly didn't have a strong core prior to my pregnancies. Google is definitely a great idea, I really don't need to do any more harm to my back than I already have lol. Yes, I am doing the calorie counting via MFP. I really prefer to have everything rolled into one app lol.
