Late last night after wearing some pants all day I realized that I was wearing size 38's and needed a belt. This is down from the size 42's I was wearing 2 months ago.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I just tried the Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds workout. It was good but I don't feel like I got the calorie burn as I did from 30DS. Biking, swimming and weight training are all further options. Again, thanks I appreciate all the quick responses!
