Oh, that stinks that there is not one where you live now! I just did day 1 of level 2 of RI30 and it totally kicked my booty!!!!

Wow, you guys rock! I did Level 1 Day 5 tonight. I think I'm going to give each level 7 days and see how that goes. I had a day where I HAD to work out tonight because all my calories were used up by 1:00! Doh! :)

It's not bad, especially after coming off of Level 3 of the Shred. But it's longer--about 35 minutes total with warm up and cool down. I enjoyed a change of pace from the Shred. Did Day 2 of Ripped in 30 last night and hoping to do it again tonight! Good luck!!

I have really had success with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workout DVD...actually doing day 30 tomorrow!! It will kick your butt (in a good way) and get you results!!

I am not a fan of Level 2, to be honest. I've done the 30DS a couple times in the past and always dread level 2, only b/c I hate the plank moves. But I do love that it is helping me tone and overall just feel sooo much better. Looking into another Jillian DVD after I finish this one. Good luck to you!!!

I started at 207.8 and it is killer but it does work. I'm down 10 lbs and definitely feel more toned (ESPECIALLY arms) and just overall better. I finished Day 18 today.
