Nope! I eat when I am hungry... this morning at 2 a.m. I had a green salad with some shrimp... I personally feel like if I restrict my eating window it leads to binge eating or making poor choices... so far..64 pounds down and it hasnt failed me yet.

Protein shakes or shots... tuna or any kind of fish...handful of nuts some eggs?!?!.... I personally use Whey Protein shots as a protein booster as my protein was also below what it needed to be, they have 42 grams of protein per shot, taste like fruity jello shots and are easy and quick for on the go..

Fat doesnt turn into muscle... and a pound is a pound whether its a pound of feathers or a pound of bricks...a pound of muscle takes up less volume in the body then a pound of fat hence why some people lose inches vs pounds on scale.. but you cant gain muscle in a calorie deficit .

Depending on the person and their health veggies & fruits in small or larger amounts have the same effect as eating a bowl of ice cream. I know being insulin resistant that if I have a banana I feel like crap, I get high blood sugars, I am hungrier then if I walk away from the fruit. Some people seem to think its a crash…
