No. Don't listen to people as long as: Your focus is on eating healthy and exercising to improve your fitness. If your a healthy weight and your concern is to keep losing, then you should listen. Congratulation on reaching your goal! Sounds like it's time for a new fitness goal??

Awesome! Lots of home fitness junkies:) Working out at the gym can be good, but I like to just have working out as part of my routine at home. No excuses since I don't have to travel to a gym to work out. Plus I hate the mindset I developed working out at the gym (do a set, talk for a minute or two, rinse, repeat, move on…

Breakfast is personally my favourite meal of the day, but I am very busy and don't like to cook anything huge in the morning. I used to have a Vega One shake every morning until I stumbled upon Shakeology. Have you ever tried either one?

It sounds like you need some extra incentive to just get it done. Do you keep a schedule that includes when to workout everyday??
