Do you use non dairy, flavored or dairy creamers? Non dairy 1 tbs is about 30 calories. The liquid flavored ones are higher in calories but doesn’t get my coffee creamier enough. For flavored coffee taste I use the sugar free liquid syrups the non dairy. Or buy the flavored coffee I like. Good luck!!

I love to eat 2 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of bacon. I some times add onions and sweet peppers with a sprinkle of extra sharp cheese to my eggs. Coffee a table spoon of non dairy creamer and 3 splendas. Keeps me full until lunch time

You just have to put your mind to what you really want to do. You could also try buying Atkins chocolate snack bars or meal bars. For me I can’t eat more than one. They’re really satisfying to me. Good luck!

If you are doing the diet the right way you should be getting over it soon. They call it Keto flu☹️ if not you should add more healthy carbs to your diet. Or call your doc. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water as well. Good luck!!
