I love Kirkland salted nut bar with drizzled dark chocolate. Only 200 cals and very satisfying. I eat one most days on my way to the gym after work.

I brew the french vanilla coffee and add original creamer to it. Oh I also use Splenda for sweetness. I also use hazelnut flavored coffee. French toast flavors. Chocolate. So many kinds. Oh all coffees are 2 cals per cup I brew. The creamer I use is non dairy about 4 tsp. 40 cals Good luck โ๏ธ

The same thing happens to me. I eat a boiled egg with my oatmeal or I started adding an individual fruit and nut pack. Omega 3 pack by valley orchard harvest. It helped tremendously. 220 cal to 300 cal breakfast.

I have had 3 fitbits. 2 were charges. I enjoyed how it tracked my steps and how looking at the info On My phone was clear and easy to share but itโs not accurate. It counting swings of my arm while sittingโน๏ธ. I have an Apple Watch now. I love love love it because it is more accurate. The Fitbit doesnโt seem to last long.โฆ

I cook my chicken breast with seasonings that I like with about 1 tbs of olive oil and the juices from my chicken I pour it on my salad and cut my chicken up on top of my salad. Yum๐

Iโve done keto for 2 months and was down 18 lbs. I had a fall off period but back at it. I love keto because with the carbs I love such as cake cookies and candy I have no self control and I have excepted that. The 100 cal snacks are a joke to me. Iโve eating a whole box of 6 at one time. It is something with my brain. Ifโฆ

I recently had a patient 93 years old. Ate 2 slices of bacon 2 eggs and a slice of toast everyday for breakfast for over 70 years she said. She looked amazing. Eat the eggs and enjoy. ๐

Hey with keto you WILL have the results your looking for. It was an excellent way to loose the weight for me. I really did great. I lost 17 lbs in a little over 3 weeks. The only thing is I lack discipline. I love going out to eat and eating things I shouldnโt. I wish I could join you but my desire to eat what ever I wantโฆ

Iโve been here before too. Donโt give up on what you really want to accomplish. We all can get where we have to be. Instead of taking one day at a time take 1 meal or snack at a time. Hey Iโm with you. Iโve been doing the roller coaster for many many many years. Iโm 210 5โ4โ and would love to be a healthy 170. But it seems 2 weeks is my max for behaving. I was 276 14 years ago. So I know I can loose the weight. And keep most of it off. Just so hard for me to stay under 200. We can support each other๐

I lose 23 lbs with keto and got burned out. The only advice I have is to be very patient and transition back very slowly. With experience I developed a lot of gastric discomfort. And I also gained back 10 but Iโm much happier watching calories. Good luck
