I was diagnosed by a specialist using an allergy test. I also did the spit tests. The allergy tests showed that my white blood cells do not respond properly to candida. I am waiting to see the dr again before I can get meds. I hate taking meds I was hoping I could find a natural product. Thanks for your reply!

This might be a bad idea and very controversial but I did a 7 day JUICE FAST with the help of a nutritionist and that really improved my pooping.... I got the idea from Fat Sick and Nearly Dead I was constipated again last week but that is because I quit drinking coffee. Now I'm OK again THANK GOD

Yeah you read that wrong I'm not a psycho haha I use 1 to 2 teaspoons of instant coffee in a mug of lite soy milk then I drink the entire contents of the mug :tongue:

But the TDEE calculator asked me how many times per week I am exercising so doesn't that mean that it has already factored exercise in? OK so my question is do I only eat 1470 every day with 4 workouts pet week or do I need to consume more calories on the days that I exercise

No no... That's how I make my cup of coffee - 1 to 2 teaspoons of coffee in the cup. Add ten oz of heated soy milk. Drink the WHOLE CUP ;-) hehe

Cute post hehe I guess I'm just trying to be as healthy as possible. I like other things but I don't take them because they are clearly bad for me... I'm not clear on whether or not coffee is bad for me. I'm clear that drinking too much alcohol is bad for me... see? PS I hope you've had your coffee!!!

Good point,... I'm not really a germaphobe (is that how you spell it?) but I do believe my immune system is shot... (long story). Do you have any ideas on how I can strengthen it / fix it?
