Hey Tori (and everyone else!) I'm looking for friends as well! A few years ago I dropped 50lbs using this and a lot of cardio and then this past summer I dropped 15 to prepare for my wedding. In two months I've put 10lbs of that back on and I really want to get motivated again!

Hi! I was 22 and 188lbs when I started my fitness journey! I dropped 50lbs in about 8 months and slowly crept back up to the 150s and now I'm on a journey to get back to my ultimate goal of 125lbs. I am 5'4" also. Good luck! All it takes is motivation and you're headed in the right direction

I am on Day 10 of Level 1 and in the 27 minute workout, I usually burn 250-300 calories weighing 150lbs at 5'4". I do the highest intensity for every move and don't stop at all.

I burn 300 calories according to my HRM with 30 Day Shred. No weight loss after 10 days but a few inches from hips and waist! (And I eat very clean every day)
