Dr. Oz Cleanse vs. Just Eating the Ingredients

I would like to try the Dr. Oz 3-day cleanse... but that green smoothie looks ick. So before attempting the whole 3 days I got the ingredients to just try the green one (cuz I think I'll like the other two).
The consistency is yuck for these types of foods... if my Ninja could TOTALLY juice everything, maybe that'd be one thing, but it's like drinking cucumber/celery/kale sludge.
Anybody know, can I just eat the same ingredients w/o blending them up and have same/similar results?

Yes. Eat them. Eat food. There are no magical benefits to juicing.0
