Yeah, I get like that. It's hard not to weigh myself but since I don't have any weighing scales at home unless I go the gym I have to rely on the wii. But from now on just as a start I think I'm gonna weigh myself once a week.

Having a baby. While I was always on my feet looking after my daughter, I was constantly eating kebabs and McDonald's and KFC ect eventually the weight crept on and before I knew it I'd gained 77lbs.

Thanks for your reply. I understand weight and fat loss takes time I just sometimes get impatient. I noticed the first week I was starving but I stuck to it. Ever since then whenever I feel hungry I drink water or do some exercise, eventually the hunger subsided. My aim is to lose quite a lot of weight but I think with the…

Well I've been eating no more no less than 1200 calories. And it's slow for me considering I usually lose a lot more weight. How long til I make it to a stone? When is it that people usually start noticing weight loss?

People usually notice I've lost weight after I lose about 14lbs but I don't see it myself until I've lost about 30-40lbs. The weight usually comes off my stomach first. Try doing some workouts for your stomach.
