I am doing workout #3 for this week today. One of my goals is to workout at least 3 days a week. I am finishing up with my BSN and school is so crazzzzy. I am glad that I am finding time to work out the 3 days and it's only Thursday today! I think I will try to get in a work out tomorrow or Saturday too...maybe both days…

Just weighed in...I lost the 2lbs I gained last week going on vacation but I am still at 161.4!!! I want to be done and out of the160s!!! I am ganna really put the effort in even more this week and hopefully next week I will be at least at 160lbs.

When I first started MFP the calories set for me were wayyyyy to low. I didn't lose any weight the first month or so I was on here. I will more then likely wear some type of no-heel shoe. I never wear heels because of a knee problem and it is just uncomfortable! Try Macys....they have a ton of shoes. I also get a lot of shoes from Naturlizer...very comfortable but expensive.
