@kacy--I know what you mean about the calves! Mine were killing me after day 1 and 2 but felt fine for my run yesterday. We'll see how they feel tomorrow. I am on day 3 lvl 1 but I must take a break..my calves are killing me so I am thinking about walking instead of continuing the shred. I wish I could continue today because I am so excited for the results but my muscles say other wise. GREAT THREAD!!!

Wow you and I have very very similar daily intakes which I like! I am going to give this a shot this month and see how it goes! I am so use to eating 1200 calories a day I can't imagine eating 4500!!! sounds crazy but im sure I will find a way! lol Thank You

fish is a great way to change things up a bit. maybe you could try quinoa. theres alot you can do with that lentils, brown rice and black beans, peanut butter and sugar free jelly sandwhich! hope this helps!

to eliminate your cravings for sugar, I have found that drinking water or tea(unsweetened) really helps. Once you consume less sugar, you don't crave it as much!
