    it amazing how weight can age a person.. when i was 18 i was almost 650lbs and i looked like i was in my 40's.. good job you look great.. HARD WORK PAYS OFF EVERYTIME!!!

    If it isn't too personal can I ask if you had issues with loose skin after you lost the weight? I have lost 32 pounds and plan to loose 85-90 more (similar to your weight loss) and I have been doing it slowly (like it seems you did).
