Thank you haybales :) Looks like it was user error...and it is all good now. Although for the day that it did not sync, it still does not show my step adjustment, so I assume that when you sync and update it is just for the current day?

Just a quick question. I synced my fitbit one yesterday and my steps and calorie burn showed under the exercise tab YAY! but today I had more steps and a higher caloric burn, but nothing showed in today's exercise diary? is there something special that I need to do to make it show every day?

OOO I just started a book, detective series, the first one (the one I am reading) is The Killing Floor - Author Lee Child. I am about 1/4 way through already and I started on Tuesday! Its just grabbed me in and such a great read, I would recommend to everyone!

I find a lot of the scary movies quite campy and sometimes pretty funny, but I still love them!!! My husbands fav is Evil Dead lol Mine, I liked the house on hauted hill, In the mouth of madness...I like more suspense/thriller type than the blood and gore...

Before I decided on the vegan lifestyle, I ate sardines...YUM! straight from the can! I ate them with a fork, bones skin and all...lots of goot nutrients in that stuff!... Enjoy!!!!

Pizza is definately on my healthy list! That is as long as I do not over indulge! but if you make or buy a decent crust, then top with veggies...bake in the oven it turns out awesome! Now that I am vegan I opt for no cheese which lessens the calories enormously...and the pizza is still very tasty!

I am also Vegan, I just started back on FP, but there are lots of great vegan foods/recipes....if I am looking for something different I just google different ingredients and usually find some awesome healthy ideas! YUM!!!! I made a spaghetti squash tonight in prep for tomorrows dinner.....I just go very basic, onions/mushrooms and sauce :)

for a quick meal, I fry up (in a non stick pan) some cut egg plant and top with salas...YUM! I also make eggplant mussaka (spelling :P) which is baked eggplant with tomato and onions and spices...very high on the YUM scale!

I almost always go over in my carbs....but I eat only whole grains, and a lot of my protein is also high carb....and what can I say......I <3 Bread!!

I only run alone in the daylight hours, I also have a pressure point stabber that I carry....although I dont really carry it for protection, it helps me relax my hands so I dont waste energy making fists :) I also tell my hubby the route and approx how long I will be.

instead of a fiber type food, I would stick to natural fiber, eat lots of veggies and whole grains.....also be sure you are taking in enough water!
