Count me in, I am also a compulsive weigher...I weigh my self everyday and it gets really depressing, also I wanted to not focus so much on weight, but on the amount of body fat I have and I want to lose that more than worry about a number. So this month is a great month to start! Here we go!!!!!

I have the same question, I have also been doing this for alittle bit over 2 weeks, and I haven't really lost anything...1 lbs is all...and I exercise about 3 days a week @ 40minute cardio....Any suggestion will be more than welcome...my calories are 1200 and I do eat my exercise calories that I earn.

I know that this is about done for this month, but I was wondering is there going to be another challenge for January, if so I would love to Join in, I loved looking at the concept of 22 days of exercise, since that is one area I struggle with consistantly. Wish I had joined this post when I first joined back on the 6th.

That was a great idea about the Eggs, I love boiled eggs, and they are quick adn easy :) Thanks...For breakfast I normally have instant oatmeal (flavored) and possible a fruit....This will change it up a bit and hopefully keep my body guessing.

For the Fruits & Veggies, I had a big salad...and a banana... For today, I have already eaten a Banana, but I have my food planned out already...and I am having 2cups of broccoli, and apple for snack. That will make me at a total of 3 today...which is more then any other day laugh:
