I'm 5'7" and started at 222. I never took a before photo, but now sorry that I didn't. Currently at 188 with my first goal set at 170. I will re-evaluate my goals once I reach 170. Ultimately probably 145-150.

This is my typical lunch: Arnold Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, 1 rolle Sargento Deli - Swiss Cheese, 0.5 slice Boar's Head - Deli Sliced Mesquite Smoked Turkey, Goldens mustard Generic - Red Bell Pepper Slices or Rings, 1 slices Then I have as Chobany mini-yogurt or apple for dessert.

Down one more hole in my belt. Realized yesterday that I am no longer obese. Overweight yes, but not obese anymore! 19 more pounds until I am normal. Can't wait to reach that goal.

I too have plateaued for the past month. Not letting it get me down. I know eventually it will break and I will be back to losing again. Hopefully sooner rather than later :indifferent:

I've never been on a machine at my Y, but absolutely love the classes. All shapes and sizes, doing what they can, and everyone is proud of everyone's accomplishments in the classes. Down 7 so far for the challenge. Weight loss has slowed to less than 1 pound a week, but at least it's still moving in the right direction.

I have been thinking about this for a few weeks and just cannot decide. I like the idea of complimenting a stranger each day, but I still feel the need to give up something. I have a couple days, I'm sure I'll think of something.

I found that being enrolled in classes gets me out the door (yoga, zumba, pilates). I have to be there at a certain time, so it's like an appointment. I also change clothes when I get home, because if I am already dressed, there is no reason not to go. Then when it's time, I just stop whatever I'm doing and head out the…

I track my alcohol intake with MFP. I did give up beer, but still drink rum, vodka, wine, etc.

NSV - put on a pair of pants this morning, thinking hmm, these aren't as loose as the rest of my pants, must have been the wine and cheese at the Christmas party last night. When I got to work, I noticed the tag, and these are a size smaller than I normally wear.
