I will start Insanity tom! I had done 3 weeks and then stopped due to some emergency at home, then started LMC, and now back to Insanity!! feel free to add me - I log on everyday to get motivated and motivate others!

When I started, I never could do a push up, but slowly and gradually I worked on it. Try Turbo Jam for 2 months and build your stamina, and then move on the Chalene Extreme.... that's what I am gonna do. Chalean Extreme will be great for you to get rid of the inches fast, considering your wedding day. Hope it helps!

Hi there! I started Turbo Jam 2 weeks ago, n I love it now. I love the kicks, the jabs etc. Chalene makes it very motivational. I combine the Maximum Results and the Fat Burning Elite DVDs.
