Hey welcome aboard! It is proven that when you have friends, it is a lot easier to loose weight. I always have the same issue with adding people because I dont want to look like a creep... lol However, I love all the motivation and good tips that I receive from all my MFP friends. Bump! I want to know the answer of this as well. I have been doing zumba for a few weeks now but because I am not sure, I log like 350 calories. I can say that the workout is very intense, therefore I am sure I am burning a lot more. I LOVE IT!

Dont quit!!!!!!!! You are doing great. Remember that the suggested weight loss is 1 - 2 lbs. a week to ensure that once you loose it, it will stay off. Keep doing what you are doing. Small steps!!! I wish you the best and REMEMBER, DONT QUIT!

I will be interested in learning about this as well. I bought some too a couple of weeks ago, however had not started drinking it yet. I figured once it gets colder outside, then it will be a better idea. lol
