50 lbs down- half way there w/pics

This is when I weighed 291 lbs. I was so ashamed I couldn't even take my shirt off. this was probably one of the lowest points in my life. December 2009

Here I am today 50 lbs lighter and though I still have about 35 lbs to lose I am ashamed no longer.

    Good job, Im still a bit ashamed but Its nice seeing myself in the gym mirrors when I am boxing and realizing less of me is flabbing around

    I am going to have to show these to my Hubby. He feels the same way that you did about taking his shirt off in front of people... This might help keep him motivated

    You look awesome! It saddens me to see you and others use the word "shame" to describe your feelings about yourself pre-weight loss or pre-"good enough" weight loss. :( You're valuable people regardless!!

    Great job! You can really tell a difference and as weird as it sounds it will actually be a little easier now that you've gotten the first part out of the way. Keep at it!
