Technically its not desk exercise but I wear a pedometer to work most days. I have a 'desk job' but its amazing the amount of steps you take up and down and wandering for files etc.

I really love anything with jillian michaels. She gets results in a short time, its intense obviously but I like the fact that she moderates her workouts.

Make sure your bike frame is the correct size this is a common problem and can cause back pain etc. A good seat always helps even if its expensive great investment.

This is what happened to me today! I have been using mfp for months and started using my polar ft4 today it is so accurate. Bit frustrating though as I thought mfp was near, no way! Not to worry we'll both be right now :)

Not a good friend. She should be supportive. I actually find myself in a similar situation, my group of friends are constantly on diets every one imaginable, they go up and down etc. all the time. Its all over my facebook news feed on how much they've lost. I've been on here and really going for it since before christmas…

I like 30DS just because I like the way Jillian talks you through things she makes it simple even though its tough at times. I also think you see results with this after a short time which is ideal :)

I always think I look much worse than I probably do. I give myself a hard time when in reality if I have a friend who's the same size I'd tell her she looked great! I also worry about people taking pictures (facebook mania)! Especially around the holiday season. I suppose we all have to think more positively as well as…

I've had this problem too. I would say I maybe eat around 2 slices of bread a day, but less as I try to have cereal etc. instead. I had some rice at the weekend and my stomach was sore too. I guess its just taking things out your diet and then introducing them a bit at a time? Maybe it if continues get it checked out x
