Have you ever read the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon? It is 7 books so far with another one coming out next fall and there is a spin off series of 4 books. AMAZING!

Yeah. Thats all i can do as well. and it is just the right hip. that is the hip that hurts sometimes ever since i had my son 7 years ago, so I think it is just out of alinement from the pregancy.

I know! That move is hard! And i still can't do the jump rope in the last cardio, so I do more high knees there. Currently, I only own 3 pound weights, so I have been using those. I took my measurements tonight and here they are: After completing Day 10 Level 1 I am down 1/2 inch on my neck, 1inch on my waist, 1.5 inches on my full waist (the riundest part of my stomach), and 1.5 on my hips. I have the same problems as I don't have a heart rate monitor yet. I look up general arobics or circuit training depending on what the workout is and use that. It won't be exact, but it should be pretty close! Good luck to you!
