    I think that first day I was retaining a lot of water because I lost 4 pounds that first day. A few days prior to starting the challenge, though I cut my sodium intake down to 1/4 of what it was and I was flushing out water like crazy. After drastically cutting down the sodium, I find I'm not as hungry or thirsty as I used to be (although I still drink my 8 glasses of water a day and eat my calories). At this rate I should hit 25lbs lost in a few weeks... granted that I'm really pushing myself in my workouts to lose more than 25lbs overall.

    I had a rough weekend. I tried so hard to stay on travel k. But this week im hoping to get going again. I woke up this morning and my knee really hurts. I didn't workout this weekend. So im hoping I slept wrong.
