I gained a little, but my water intake has been less than acceptable. I just joined a gym and my muscles are staging a coup against me too...so it must be water retention. I'm ok with it as I feel great...and I just slid into jeans I haven't worn for MONTHS! :happy:

I didn't have any change on the scales this week, but it is my TOM, so I didn't really expect anything. I did however have a NSV this week. I was able to take the extender off my bra for the first time in 6 years, so I KNOW there has been changes!
