L1 Day 7 completed last night. I'm noticing sooo much of a difference in my endurance! Each day I can do more and more of the workout. I've already lost inches everywhre, and 4 pounds! L1d4 done. I can definitely yell my endurance is better. I'm able to do the entire cardiac circuit on the last,round. My muscles are less sore now. I even commented to my husband that the workout almost feels good now! When are you guys switching to level 2??
