I'm in. We are have a family wedding the end of December . Trying to loose as much weight as I can and be healthy. Keeping carbs below 25 for now. My mom wants us to take a good picture. LOL

I really don't know how to swim but I do all my work outs in the pool because I have ms and it helps keep my core temperature down. It has really help me. The inches have come off a lot faster than the weight. You burn more calories in the pool. Best of luck to you.

Be sure to drink lots of water that helps. If you have given up caffeine that will make you have a headache as well. The first week I never feel good but after that I have no problems. Good luck!

I read a post that dealt with this. I was having the same problem. It said when you first start excercisng it is not uncommon not to lose weight the first 1 - 2 months . It gave a lot of reasons. I'm 5'4" and weigh 166 I would like to be 135. I work out a lot so the sizes are going down more than the weight. Believe me I can not wear a size 4 in any thing else.

I'm not a big meat eater normally but I'm working on it. I find it is easier for me to eat seafood. I eat a lot of shrimp, scallops and crab. High in protein low in fat. Good luck with everything.

The first two weeks were really hard for me. Getting meds down was awful. I thought I had made the biggest mistake of my life. My doctor tried to reassure me but I was not convinced. But the doc was right. Just keep the water beside you all the time. I could only take a few small sips at a time. Glad you dis ok. Good luck

I also found broth helped me the most. The warmth kept me from being hungry. After surgery anything sweet made me nausea . I had bought sugar free jello and all kinds of sweet tasting protein shakes. They went to waste. So don't buy a lot of any one thing. Your taste will change.

I boil eggs at the beginning of each week. When I need a snack a boiled egg with a little humus is great.
