if i'm not in a binge eating state of mind (feeling out of control), i go and drink lots of water so i feel sick but usually i'm out of control and there's nothing i can do

i have 3 cups of water with my breakfast, one while i'm waiting for the kettle to boil, one with one vitamin, another with another vitamin, i have a bottle of water during school, i drink water at every meal and before i go to bed and make sure whenever i come out of the kitchen i have a glass of water

50g porridge oats, 100-200ml of milk (depends how you like it), then fruit, or sultanas, maybe a bit of granola or for a sweet tooth a bit of sugar :-)

i measure my heart rate and how many minutes i did, put the info into http://www.calories-calculator.net/Calories_Burned_By_Heart_Rate.html and it tells you how many calories you've burned, i don't like logging it just as walking because i walk quite quickly and plus idk whether i was walking at a consistent rate

zumba or strangely bootcamp type cardio videos, i think it's because you burn a lot with both

pizza, i should've known, but like when you go to restaurants and you're served a whole pizza it made me think that a pizza wasn't too high calorie, fatty but not too high calorie, boy was i shocked and upset when i ate that and saw the calories

i heard drinking a few cups of green tea each day will jump start it, sounds like rubbish but i've been drinking jasmine green tea nearly every day (only one cup) and i had 2 binge days last week and still managed to lose weight, other than that exercise, and a binge day every now and then
